Company Profile, Management and Expertise Company Profile Chalice Engineering Simulation Ltd provides mechanical engineering calculations and finite element analysis to a range of manufacturing companies and independent design teams. We integrate our engineering expertise with powerful software tools to deliver a high value service for our clients. The company is approved by the DTI MAS (Manufacturing Advisory Service) as a Centre of Expertise in Manufacturing (CEM). As such, we provide grant funded engineering analysis support to UK manufacturing companies. Funding of around 50% for the costs of consultancy is available under this scheme. More information about CEMs is available here. Management Approach Our aim is to provide accurate and reliable computer aided analysis, to maximise customer benefit. An important element in achieving this is our quality system. To understand more about the importance of quality systems in computer aided analysis, visit the NAFEMS website. (NAFEMS) We use analysts certified through the internationally recognised NAFEMS Registered Analyst Scheme and are aiming to achieve UKAS approved ISO9001:2000 certification for all our business activities by year end. |
Technical Expertise We have run a range of engineering projects for leading corporations in the automotive, aerospace, defence and oil industries including BAE Systems, Caterpillar, Bombardier Transportation and Cooper Cameron.
